The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has issued final results of its sunset reviews on antidumping duty orders covering prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) imports from 15 countries.
The DOC concluded that removing the duties would likely lead to continued or recurring dumping.
Highest Dumping Margins
Final margins likely to remain in place include:
- Saudi Arabia: 194.40%
- United Arab Emirates: 170.65%
- South Africa: 155.10%
- Colombia: 86.09%
- Indonesia: 72.28%
Other countries under review included:
Argentina, Egypt, Italy, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Spain, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey, and Ukraine.
The original antidumping orders were issued in 2021, and the latest sunset reviews were initiated in January 2026.
The decision keeps trade protection measures in place for the US PC strand market.
